この作品に描かれている二人の人物像は、他者のようにも見えますが、よく見ると同じ存在として重なっています。

「そっと手を差し伸べる」という行為は、誰かのためであると同時に、自分自身に向けられたものでもあります。

忙しさや不安の中で、自分の気持ちを後回しにしてしまう時、少しでも立ち止まり、内側にある感覚に静かに触れて頂くきっかけになればと願っています。

The two figures depicted in this work may appear to be separate individuals,
yet upon closer observation, they overlap as the same existence.
The act of "gently reaching out a hand" is not only directed toward someone else, but is also an action turned toward oneself.
In moments of busyness or anxiety, when we tend to put our own feelings aside, this work is intended to offer a small pause - an opportunity to stop, even briefly, and quietly touch the sensations that exist
